I am still sticking with the Slim Fast challenge, so far so good and I have lost a few pounds. Also I increased my activity I pulled out my urban rebounder and started using it for about 25 minutes. Really got the heart rate up. I have the Calorie Counter on my phone which is a great tool because it helps me make good choices when eating out.
