Okay see I told you I was getting back in the swing of things. So Monday is the new day for no smoking (this time for good). Just need to be vigilant this weekend on the food situation and I should be good to go. If I can get down 3 more pounds then seeing the 21? will help with the motivation, I am down to a great size in jeans, although I am hovering around the same weight for quite a while now, I am toning up my body and have dropped 3 sizes so that is exciting. Anywho best of luck to all over the weekend!!!
