So happy!! even though my weight has not gone down as much as I have hoped (5kg's in 6months) i have lost 10cm around my waists🥳🥳 feeling very motivated and hoping the kg's will also drop a bit quicker soon as I have upped my cardio now
86.2 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
