just what i expected; very little difference than yesterday. weighed much earlier today to keep from weighing after i drank coffee! i hope tomorrow is better.
68.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
