Mostly plant based. Lots of walking. I don't know why but I have a hard time pulling the trigger on getting back into squats and deadlifts.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
