Holiday season entirely disappointed. We were in Japan for 3 weeks, virtually impossible to be low carb, it could be worse, we did walk a lot and hike on the snow so I don't feel like my fitness is completely out the window. Back to working on my portion sizes. Now I have allocated small plates, but I need some help regarding how to not go back for seconds, I really really struggle with the "Just a little more" mentality...Any advice?
98.8 kg Lost so far: 28.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

can you connect the mentality of 'just a little more,' and say to yourself....'just a few more calories,' instead and see if that helps?
