I have reversed my weekend sabotage and are showing a 2 pound loss!!!! Hubby and I were talking, and we might change our weigh in day to be on Wednesdays...especially because this seems to become our most social part of the year. I know, you'd think it would be summer...but for some reason, we eat out more in the fall with friends.
My mom is coming down on Friday night, so we'll be going out to dinner that night...and then staying all day Saturday...so again, more eating out. I'll just need to make sure I don't splurge, and be better in my decisions this time!
