Sick all week, but on plan for most of the week and even got my rear to the gym. A bit surprised by my numbers this week. I weigh in every day (though I know I'm not supposed to) and the numbers didn't come off till this morning. COOL! (did notice a pattern in my week though, usually post my low number mon and my high for the week on tuesdays, some friends think it is from the differences in my eating- week to weekend)
