Yes, Atkins does work and please don't give up. When you started Atkins, did you do a clean 2 week induction? This is the strickest part of Atkins to jump start yourself and put you in ketosis. Also, when you first started, did you measure yourself. If they scale isn't moving it is very possible that the measure tape is in inches. The scale will catch up. I've noticed too that the most you have lost is with Atkins. Hang tough, the weight will come off.

It may not matter what diet you are on. Your body may just be at a plateau. You will have to keep changing things up and pushing through. You can try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals with some protein at each meal. You can try changing up your exercise. Up the intensity, duration or do a bunch of different things. Our bodies get used to the same thing. Sometimes our weight stays the same, but our body composition changes. I had a friend who stayed the same weight for months but went down 4 sizes. Google "how to bust a plateau" to give you some ideas. Also, you need to be honest with yourself about how well you have been on plan. Sometimes we snack and all those little bites, licks and tastes add up. Good luck!
