I was insanely happy today when I weighed and saw my weight. It is coming off! I am very happy about that, I just wish it could be faster, but the gain was gradual, the loss has to be gradual too.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
