Ate a Protein bar at 11:30 AM when I couldn't wait to eat any longer, drank coffee in the morning. still needing a BM from yesterday. but really wanted to eat a large meal at dinner with no restrictions. That's why didnt eat so much during the day. I was HUNGRY. But results so quickly its manageable. Thanks God!
