I started to feel a bit complacent on my food choices twice this week. I mean, my clothes were fitting a bit looser so I thought I had this thing whipped, but the dial told me something different.

I have to keep in the forefront of my mind that it's about calories, moving more and eating habits.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
