Fuck. This last weigh in and this morning's is the same but in between I've been at 218 or so. Must be dehydration. I was looking for a little boost to my morale. My insomnia is back.
I've gone plant based (not vegan but most meals are) and my mood is all over the place. I go from feeling really good to nauseous. I'm supplementing B12, Omega 3, probiotics, and protein on days I work out.
There's a chance I put on some muscle.
Next steps: - Back to reading books instead of electronics before bed. - Remind myself that it's a journey and to not cave to peer pressure. People always talk shit about eating vegetables or not wanting a fucking slice of cake. I'm doing this to feel good, not eat myself to an early grave. - Get back on the mats. Jiu Jitsu is the single most intense activity and my old gym just moved to a downtown location. I'm looking forward to seeing old friends.

Great plan. I always have to remind myself that the objective is not the number on the scale, but to stick to the plan. When I stick to the plan, the numbers eventually move, perhaps slower than I would like, but slow and gradual wins the race. Carry on :)
