Day 1 of getting back on track. Prepared meals and snacks kept me satisfied...now for my kickboxing class...then a much anticipated homemade chickpea "chicken" pattie and ginger salad for dinner. Will post pics later tonight.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
