终于停止增重了!!
昨天早餐:一碗面条两个荷包蛋
午餐:20个饺子
晚餐:青菜,螃蟹,濑尿虾,橙子
64.7 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 64.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
