Bad food choices combined with a no exercise night at the bar playing my trivia.live with my friends probably didn't help this mornings weighin. Must make better choices today!

Why is going to a bar and hanging out so much fun if it can lead to eating bad foods and drinking fun libations and make the scale dial spin a bit too much?
116.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
