出去几天,缺水太厉害了,昨天喝了好多水!
早餐:米粥,一个鸡蛋,一个小面包
午餐:牛肉,牛腩,饺子,米饭
晚餐:饼干,葱油饼,三个橘子
64.6 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 64.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
