I don't know what to do with tonight's exercise. According to this the first week ends in 2 hours, but according to the calender, this should start next week. So I have either 4 or 5 exercise days, depending on how you do it.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
