I was surprised at the extra weight I lost but still not getting my hopes up yet. I Don't know where I could be losing it from. If it water weight I'm surprised because I'm drinking so much water. Wasn't as weak this morning at church but tired. Now after a nap I'm alittle weak. Fixing to make some nice low carb munchies. Haven't went walking since Friday but will 1st thing in the am.
