减重一点点,看来所有的增重都要慢慢降下来,谁让我不抗饿呢!
早餐50克牛排,两个菜包子
午餐辣椒炒鸡蛋,一点米饭,两个煮鸡蛋白
下午一个橙子
晚餐三个鸡翅,半盘西红柿炒饭,一碗米饭,还有半盘土豆丝
之后一个橙子
63.5 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 63.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
