Yeah, I did it! I got out of the 170's and I am re-energized to my weight loss.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on getting under 170!! I just got under 180 for the first time in several years and I'm stoked too! I WILL reach my goal ( 160) by summer!!
