Had a pretty good week this week. If it weren't for that one day at the chinese buffet, I know I would feel a bit better about my will power. Portioning out my animal protein, to the best that I can, has helped with the fat calories. Keeping a supply of refrigerator pickled vegetables has also added some bright flavors to compensate for the lack of an over abundance of tasty grilled meats.

If I didn't love eating meat so much, I could be a vegan! ;)
116.3 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
