I'm trying not to be obsessed with weighing myself. I know "they" say you shouldn't do it. But, I need to see the numbers drop quickly. I realize that I won't experience a loss everytime I weigh myself, but I still have to weigh myself. Lol
148.1 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 66.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
