昨天增重0.6,不知道是为啥!可能是前天减的太多了
早餐:煮玉米,100g,煮鸡蛋两个
午餐:米饭,炒土豆片,青椒炒鸡蛋
晚餐:半斤玉米,橘子一个
之后太饿了,吃了点儿腰果
之后还是饿,有来了一小碗疙瘩汤。

蛋白质不够啊,碳水又偏多,中午吃了米饭又吃土豆,玉米做主食其实不太好,很容易饿,热量也不低的
