昨天早餐一个菜包,两个茶叶蛋
午餐青菜土豆一点米饭两个煎蛋
下午吃了同事一点锅巴(听说热量挺高)
晚饭排骨炖豆角一碗米饭
晚饭前篮球打一小时
吃完后苹果一个脆柿子一个
话说为啥增重半斤呢?说好的62.7呢?
