早上吃了半斤多饺子(湾仔码头) 中午没有蛋白质吃了三个煎鸡蛋,一两米饭,半盘青菜 晚上吃了一盘西兰花,半盘口水鸡(好吃),还吃了点儿蛋糕,两个橘子 昨天晚上一直以为是开放日的感觉,以为会增重,睡觉时候都有63.75,结果。。。 太意外了早上体重是62.95,比昨天还降了一两!
