Went away for a few days, had a great time, at not my normal food. But great food. Put on weight, I knew I would. Did a 27hr fast, to give my tummy a break. It worked feel alot better. Now back I go.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
