After falling off wagon so many times, I got back😕. I need so much strength to continue. I am now overweight just sitting at the egde. I started in May I have lost 10,8 kg , I have a self confidence. I love dressing up. I even have a new goal weight. I just need courage😷
75.5 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
