即使昨天晚饭没有吃,今天成功的为昨天的饺子买了六两单 ,不过昨天中午大吃了一顿饺子,晚上没吃也不觉得饿,真心觉得蔬菜粗粮是替代不了米面的作用,抗饿,有幸福感,再坚持两个星期,加油!
