bismillah day 3semoga bsa konsisten kayak dlu lagi.... defisit calorie... susah amaat pecah angkanya ke angka 4?? entah smpaii kaapan????? semoga sllu smngat dan konsisten.. trget1bulan bsa 3kg mungkin gq ya????
