A slight gain but my Blood Glucose is down this Morning so I'm very happy with that. I made a big Crock Pot of Keto Chicken Veggie Soup yesterday that will last all week. 🥣🍲🥘
99.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
