昨天晚上吃超多食物,還喝了一杯芋頭西米露,馬上昏睡一小時,睡前又喝一杯咖啡,今天體重竟然少了!67.4……67.0kg!
67 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
