New to FatSecret and absolutely loving it so far! Im a qualified dietitian and people always assume I eat perfect.. just because I know what to eat and proper portion sizing doesn't mean I'm not tempted to eat the extra serving at Sunday Lunch, get that treat yourself midweek chocolates and eat cheesy fatty foods when Im out with my friends (especially after a few beers)😅🤣 So even though I know better Im still only human💙
Using this app for the past week has helped me tons to notice my weaknesses and where I need to be extra aware of what I consume.
Excited about the challenge of becoming the healthiest me that I can be🥳
86.7 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
