Today I went to see my doctor, because I haven’t slept longer than 2 hours a night for 3 weeks, due to anxiety. This affected my weightloss and made it difficult to work out because I had NO Energy. 🤦🏼♀️ Started medication today to help with my anxiety, aswell as some overall lifestyle changes to cope. This is such a lesson to me that weightloss is a journey. I was so hard on myself for gaining and losing... but I’m taking a minute to rest and get back on track.
