我的晚餐,炸雞腿加五樣菜,很豐盛喔!吃很飽。十年來沒有因為感冒而發燒,這次竟然燒到38.8度
68.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
