Playing video games, eating badly, drinking, and generally depressed. Cannabis products to help sleep led to a few late night binges.
I need to keep games for the weekend to improve my quality of sleep. Before injuries I was keeping this to a reasonable amount. Now it's nightly for a few hours at a time.
Admitting you have a problem is the first step. Since I started tracking I'm having more worse days than good. I know I can do better. I have and I will.
