今天意外的不饿 早餐 2个鸡蛋+几片生菜+半个桃子+110g小米粥 已经饱了 还有魔芋粉和坚果没有吃,,第一次计划内的没有吃完 昨天有点感冒前兆,喝了很多水,这几天做家务多,掉秤也有帮助吧!
