昨天很饿,坚持下来了,晚上喝了一杯水,今天掉了1.6斤很不理想,因为哺乳期,平常不减肥早上和晚上也差不多2斤的差别,不知道是不是直接吃的不对,还是时间不够,坚持吧,一个月而已
