Prepped for this for 6 months with my naturopath, getting all the systems (thyroid, hormones, etc) moving forward. I have 3 friends who have done phenomonally well with the HCG diet, but I have far and away more weight to lose than they do. Looking on this as "as long as it takes," but figuring it will take a couple years. Would love any and all support.
