Gave into binging urges; two days in a row I'm 1000 calories over and that's with intermittent fasting which used to keep me under control and reduce my cravings. The numbers on the scale are going up. My wrist injury is keeping me from climbing and doing Jiu Jitsu. My knee is keeping me from running or lifting. I'm very discouraged at this point. Just writing down my thoughts should make it real enough to do something about it. Walked for 3 hours.
94.7 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
