I've decided to start journaling again on a daily basis to keep myself accountable of my choices.

I have a treadmill at work that can burn 500+ fasted calories a day with little extra effort so I'll go in and use it.

Yesterday I had a smoked meat sandwich, fries, and potato skins. It wasn't the best choice but I'm shifting my mindset.

Ate kimchi and porc ramen, edamame, veggie gyoza, some chicken, some rice. Big meal.

Tonight I'm making a bean salad with wild rice so I have something quick and easy in the fridge to snack on. A coleslaw on the side will be nice too.

I'll keep my drinking to one or zero days a week. Game night with the boys will be hard but I won't be the only one not drinking so that shouldn't be difficult. The hard part will be not snacking on what's been laid out on the table. That's always the hardest part.

To this day, moderation is still incredibly challenging.

Took something to sleep. Ate a whole tin of nuts ... and a bloody Caesar.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
