Well, up a lb even though I am tweaking the diet to eliminate caffeine and alcohol. I guess I just need to stick with it and keep exercising, which I do. Who knows?
91.2 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
