wow (head hung low) I've only lost 7 pounds in 4 months. The interesting thing is I've gotten rid of some of my "fat" clothes. I've bought new clothes because of the change in my body composition. I'm just not making the progress I want. So back to the drawing board.
80.4 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
