Went to my cardio rehab today, weighed in. MOVED THE 50LB WEIGHT DOWN A NOTCH!!!!(went under 200 with shoes and workout gear on) So much more mentally satisfying than the digital scale changing. First time I've been under 200 in 6 years?? or so.
