昨天下午去做美體按摩,晚上很好睡,可是晚餐後把大約70g的芋頭吃完,還好體重持平。
69.1 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
