體重上升沒關係 只求我頭不痛 目前為止還沒開始痛
這陣子都沒什麼動力 因為身體抱恙 這兩個禮拜算是毫無進展 吃也吃的很隨便
今天要好好開始加油 已經走了一半 總不能再走回頭路吧
