Sweet, lowest I have been since May 22. Whole life has been up and down up and down. Dr. Gave me some blood pressure meds as it was high. 3 weeks ago 188/100. Last week 166/80. That scares me as not it’s serious. I do not want to be on medication if at all possible. So now I look at it as “well, it was a fun eating anything for a season, now at 52 it’s life or death.” Pretty easy decision to change diet and start out exercising when you look at it that way. Many 100’s of thousands die from heart disease every year. I don’t want to be a statistic.
