Wow, week 2 I am getting into routine of going to work out at gyms. being a germ-a-phobic I hated going to the gym but now I am finding ways to keep germs off me. lol and I see the benefits on my legs and back already...whoo hoo
78.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Isn't amazing how you can tell the difference already! It's so exciting and I'm excited for you! Also with exercise you get a new-found burst of ENERGY! Keep up the good work!
