I experimented by eating large pizza last Sunday, which had a tremendous impact on my performance. With "The Warrior Diet", I maintained the same course. It took me a week to start losing weight again. Restricted fasting allows me to gain control back of the weight gained. I Gained within a day 4.6kg of weight from 109.8kg to 114.4kg after the pizza consumption. So it took me a week to recover from the pizza trial.
My energy levels are up again, my mental alertness is heightened and I lost a few centimetres around the waist. I think the reason most people struggle with is to get used to the hunger pains (which only last 45 min at a time). After that it comes and goes, which I control by either drink water or eat yogurt, nuts and berries.
