Lost 9.4 kg in just under 2 weeks. Still in the adaptation phase of the Warrior Diet. This program is a fantastic and flexible diet. Recommend it to everyone...

Hi everyone, if you are interested in this diet, just provide me with your e-mail address, and I mail it to you. You will reap the fruits, once you understand the human's natural instinct of survival. We, myself and my daughter are very impressed with the results. We've never felt such energy and alive before. It normally take 3 weeks to adapt, but some people will sooner than other. This is not really a diet, but rather a way of life like the Roman gladiators in the early years.

isnt it simply intermittent fasting?eating in 4 hour window?well i do OMAD 6 DAYS OF THE WEEK

Yes indeed, the only difference is that I do that 7-days a week as part of my lifestyle.

Just bear in mind that the OMAD diet only allows 1 hour of feeding, where the Warrior Diet 4-hours. Also, we don't consume any wheat and sugars during the under eating (fasting) phase. However we do eat live vegetables and certain fruits. This diet, do have scientific evidence which is back-up by history of mankind that it works. Think about the Spartan warriors and Roman soldiers for instance. However, The Warrior Diet isn’t about leading a Spartan lifestyle, although it is about improving quality of life.
